(Feel free to add roasted red peppers and/or a grilled portobello mushroom to this sandwich. Personally, I just like the classic.)
- Multi-grain bread
1. Brush one side of each piece of bread with pesto.
2. Lay a slice of provolone on one piece of bread and the mozzarella on the other.
3. Bake in toaster oven at 400 degrees until cheese is melted.
4. Add a the sliced tomato and romaine and put a lid on that sandwich!
