Broccoli Rabe, Portobella and Provolone Sub


  1. In a pot of boiling water, add the rabe and the chicken broth. Cook until tender. Drain.
  2. Add the olive oil and the minced garlic to a pan. Saute the garlic. Add the rabe and the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are wilted.
  3. Stuff the hot dog or split-top sub rolls with the rabe/mushroom mixture and add a slice of provolone on top. Broil to melt cheese and toast buns.
